Education Qualification:
For Judicial Member: A person shall not be qualified for appointment as a Judicial Member unless:- (i) he has for at least ten years held a judicial office in the territory of lndia
For Accountant Member: A person shall not be qualified for appointment as an Accountant Member unless; (i) he has for at least ten years been in the practice of accountancy (a) as a chartered accountant underthe Chartered Accountants Act
(Education/Degree should be from recognized board or university.)
