For Dy.General Manager:    Degree in Mechani cal / Electrical / Electronics / Mining/ Metallurgical/ Production Engg. froma Recognized University/Open & Distance Learning mode, approved by UGC/AICTE. WITH 15 yrs of experience
For Sr.Manager:    Degree in Mechani cal / Automobile / Electronics Engg. OR Degree in Mechani cal / Electrical / Electronics / Mining/ Metallurgical / Production Engg. / Automobile WITH 10 yrs of experience
For Manager (Finance & Accounts):    CA / ICMA / MBA (Finance) WITH 8 yrs of experience

Selection Process : Personal Interview

Age limit : 55 years for DGM, 46 years for Sr Manager, 42 years for manager
