For District Accounts Manager:    Candidate must have passed Inter CA from institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Inter ICWA from Institute of Cost Accountants of India. WITH 3 yrs of experience
For Assistant Manager:    Master Degree in Social Work or Master Degree in Public Health or MBA with specialization in Human Resource Management or PG Diploma with specialization in Human Resource Management or Master Degree or PG Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relation or HR Management or Personnel Management & HRD WITH 2 yrs of experience

Selection Process : Written Test and/or Personal Interview

Age limit : Upper age limit 40 years
