Education Qualification: 

For Executive Trainees (HR):    Two years full time Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/MBA HR/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Social Work (With specialization in Personnel Management & industrial relations)
For Assistant Officer Trainee (PR):    Graduate with full time PG degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communications/Public Relations/Journalism
For Assistant Officer Trainee (Rajbhasha):    Full time Post Graduate / Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as a subject in the Graduate Degree examination OR Full time Post Graduate / Master’s Degree in English with Hindi as a subject in the Graduate Degree examination

Selection Process : NET - 2018 Marks, Group Discussion , Personal Interview

Age limit : Upper age limit 28 years
