Education Qualification: 

For Materials Officer:    Degree in Engg. (in any specialisation) or Full time / regular MBA (Materials Management/ Supply Chain Management) or PG Diploma in Materials Management (02 year regular course) (Recognised as equivalent WITH 1 yrs of experience
For Assistant Manager:    Degree in Engg. (in any specialisation) or Full time / regular MBA (Materials Management/ Supply Chain Management) or PG Diploma in Materials Management (02 year regular course) (Recognised as equivalent WITH 2 yrs of experience
For Fire Officer:    B.E/ B. Tech (Fire) Or Graduate, preferably with Science Subjects and possessing a Graduateship of the institute of Fire Engineers, London/India or Divisional Officers Course from the National Fire Service College, Nagpur WITH 1 yrs of experience
For Manager:    Engg. degree in Industrial Safety Or Engineering Degree (Mechanical / Electrical/ Chemical) with Diploma in Industrial Safety WITH 09 years experience in fertilizers/ Petrochemical/ Petroleum Refinery, out of which candidate should have handled work of safety for minimum 05 years. candidate should be well conversant with all Fire and Safety provisions of the Factories Act.

Selection Process : Personal Interview

Age limit : 30 years for Material Officer and fire officer, 40 years for Assistant Manager, 45 years for Manager
